Dan is a technology company leader with experience in the web, messaging, and real-time communications domains. He’s led teams responsible for product management, R&D, and operations, and has a firm grasp of the sales, financial, technical and operations aspects of the technology business. Dan brings a broad mix of skills to the table, but his primary skill is his ability to fuse market, financial, capability, and technology factors into comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps. Dan has also been the go-to guy for solving tough problems- he is persistent and has a strong knack for analyzing and processing diverse data to come up with effective solutions.

Dan has worked with companies ranging from startups to “Big 5″ consulting firms and fortune 500 companies. Prior to consulting, Dan was an officer in the U.S. Navy submarine fleet and cryptology force and is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego (cum laude). When not working with clients, Dan spends as much time as he can hiking, cycling, swimming, and any other activities that take him outdoors.
Jennifer is an award-winning user interface designer with proven design expertise in unified communications, information retrieval and customer care. The bulk of her experience is with speech recognition and/or touchtone IVR systems, but she also has a broad knowledge of human factors and user interface design best practices, and has designed user interfaces for mobile phones, web products, and desktop software. Jennifer gets up to speed quickly, is extremely detail-oriented, and regularly exceeds her clients’ expectations for quality and productivity.
Jennifer’s skillset is unique in that she can assist clients in all phases of IVR development:
- Analysis of requirements
- Design, including detailed callflow documents and dialog specifications
- Grammar design and build in either GSL or grXML
- System prototyping
- Development of VoiceXML pages
- Dialog traversal testing
- Tuning of callflow, prompts and grammars

Jennifer is an avid outdoor recreationalist, triathlete, volleyball and soccer player and Mom to her two kids. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate (with highest distinction) from the University of North Carolina.
